La Pieve

La Pieve, das seit über 50 Jahren im Besitz der Familie Petri ist, ist ein Beispiel für die Entwicklung der landwirtschaftlichen Tätigkeit durch einen modernen Ansatz, der mit den aktuellen Ernährungs- und Umweltlogiken übereinstimmt.

Die Cantina-Aktivität war schon immer intern im Unternehmen und befasst sich mit Trauben, die ausschließlich vom Bauernhof La Pieve stammen.

Wie in der besten toskanischen Tradition sind die Produktion und Verarbeitung von Trauben seit jeher Teil der Kultur der Familie Petri, die sich seit 1954 der Pflege der Weinberge und des Bodens widmet, um ein Produkt von guter Qualität zu erhalten.

Die Weinberge, die sich auf einer Höhe von etwa 450 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel befinden und einem milden Klima ausgesetzt sind, das von den Meeresströmungen beeinflusst wird, die von der darunter liegenden Ebene aufsteigen, schaffen besondere atmosphärische Bedingungen, die den Trauben eine hohe Qualität verleihen.
