Benz: The ultimate summer wine. Asparagus wine – of course. Just like that – always. The renaissance of the Silvaner. The vineyard area in Germany has continued to decline for years. It's a shame for this great grape variety, but we're doing something about it. With our light, fruity Silvaner, which smells like fresh green apples and tastes light and stimulating. We love him.
