Chef de Cave - Rosé Brut

Benz: Our passion and our vice. We love sparkling wines, which is perhaps why they are our top sellers. Produced using traditional bottle fermentation (Champagne method / Metodo Classico) from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris. We only disgorged it after 2 years in the bottle to let it soften so that it can get by with a small dosage and delight. It impresses with its color, a light rosé, subtle strawberry aromas and the fine perlage. An energizing sparkling wine that should really be drunk on all occasions. It's already tingling.
