Benz: The Edenhof Cape Red Blend is a full-bodied, beautifully rounded red wine with fine aromas of vanilla, blueberries and spices. The well-integrated tannins give the wine balance and a beautiful, long finish. The wine was stored in pre-filled oak barrels for 12 months before bottling.

Edenhof

Edenhof war eine der Farmen, die Peter Jackson in den 1990er-Jahren erwarb und diese Farm zusammen mit den Farmen Delta, Sagtevlei und Schalkenbosch zu dem zusammengefasst hat, was heute das gesamte Farmland von Schalkenbosch Estate ist.

Edenhof hat es auf das zweite Etikett von Schalkenbosch geschafft – für eine Reihe von Weinen, die sozusagen für mehr Trinkgenuss und Alltagsluxus sorgen.
Die Weine werden in einem leicht zugänglichen „Neue-Welt-Stil“ hergestellt, wodurch sie für den frühen Genuss geeignet sind, obwohl sie bei angemessener Lagerung und Alterung besser werden.
Edenhof-Weine wurden von der Paarl Young Wine Show, der Swissair, Veritas, den Wine Magazine Value Awards und der Weinwelt in Deutschland ausgezeichnet.
