In fact, we have always aimed to intervene as little as possible in the processing phase. However, this is only possible thanks to grapes of the highest quality, intact and healthy. For this reason, we pay the utmost attention to the care of the vineyard. Technology is indeed important, but a great wine is born first and foremost in the vineyard. And it is precisely the respect for nature, for its times and its rhythms, that has always led us to be attentive and committed to respecting the environment, thanks to the use of low-impact techniques.
