Inverroche Distillery

Inverroche comes from the combination of two words that pay homage to the Scott family lineage, referring to both their Celtic and Gaelic background.

The Scottish word “Inver” means “a confluence of waters” and the French word “Roche” means “rock or stone”.
These are exactly the elements that have come together in Still Bay to create the necessary conditions to produce these craft gins.

Founder and CEO Lorna Scott strives to create a brand with historical significance that aims to reconnect people with each other and their natural environment.

Michael Scott is a trusted support to Lorna and the Inverroche team, with exceptional understanding of flavour and process due to his background in culinary arts and holding a Micheline star.

Today the brand has three different gins, made from just a handful of the more than 9,000 fynbos plants.
