This is the idea that launched Ginologist in 2017. How is gin made, what flavors can be extracted from different plants, at what strength is maceration and when is distillation done?
With their core principles of quality, originality, commitment and a willingness to experiment, they threw themselves into work. It all began by setting up a distillery straight from a laboratory and sourcing the best ingredients from around the world. From the juniper berries that give the gin a perfect base to the botanicals that tease the nose and satisfy the palate. The development of the formulas took months and after 15 test batches and numerous taste tests, a process was reached in which every single part of the recipe was perfected. The result was a process for developing the best possible aromas and flavors, which today bears the scientific seal of approval from Ginologist.
